About these terms
These Terms of Use apply to tryweb4you.com and Wild West, the free browser game published on this website. Tipico Group Game is the brand of Tipico Group Game Ltd. By playing Wild West, creating an optional profile or using our enquiry services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use those services.
Who we are
Tipico Group Game Ltd develops and hosts Wild West and operates this website. Our organisation address is Tipico Tower, Office 3-318, 1 Vjal Portomaso, St. Julian's, STJ 4011, Malta. Contact: idahodges479@tryweb4you.com.
Who can play
Wild West is intended for adults aged 18 or older. The website is directed to an Australian audience. You must confirm that you are 18 or older before the game starts. Visitors who indicate that they are under 18 cannot play. Website information, legal documents, responsible play information and contact details remain available without an age confirmation.
Free play and optional profiles
Wild West is a free social casino-style game for entertainment. It does not offer real-money gambling or prizes of real-world value.
Playing Wild West:
- does not require an account or a download;
- does not involve deposits, purchases, cash payouts or withdrawals;
- does not give game results or on-screen symbols any monetary value;
- does not create a right to money, goods or rewards.
You may create an optional local profile with a username and password. It lets this browser display your username when you are signed in. It does not save game progress or unlock additional game features. Your profile is stored only in this browser and is not synchronised across devices. Logging out ends the local sign-in session; clearing this website's local storage removes the profile. A profile is not required to play.
Results in Wild West do not predict success in real-money gambling.
Acceptable use
When using the website, do not:
- use it unlawfully or infringe the rights of others;
- attack or overload the website or interfere with the game;
- submit abusive or automated enquiries;
- copy or redistribute our original game, artwork or content without permission.
This does not restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Game development enquiries
The Game Development page accepts enquiries about a possible development project. Sending a form does not create a contract or require payment. Scope, pricing, timing, deliverables and intellectual property rights are agreed separately in writing before a project begins. A requested budget or timeline is not a quotation or a delivery promise.
Intellectual property
Wild West and our original game artwork and website content are developed by Tipico Group Game Ltd. We retain the rights in our original work. You receive a limited permission to play Wild West for personal entertainment; this does not transfer ownership. Any software libraries used by the game remain subject to their respective licences.
Availability and changes
We may update, pause or discontinue the website or game. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Changes to these terms will be published on this page.
Disclaimers and liability
The website and game are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Tipico Group Game Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use. Game results do not create a right to a payment or prize. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, subject to mandatory rights and remedies under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. This clause does not remove any right to bring a claim before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
